Many times people think of their personal health/fitness level as just that: personal. Their belief is that “it doesn’t matter what I do (or don’t do) to stay fit; it’s my body, and the only person that my health and fitness effects is me...My body; my choices; my consequences”
While there is some truth to that idea, in the end, it is very narrow-minded.
Each and every person that is on this planet was chosen to be here, in this time, for one singular purpose. We, individually, were given specific capabilities, personalities, and attributes that no one else in the history of the world has ever had. And there is a certain responsibility that comes with that.
You see, your health and fitness don’t effect just you. The responsibility to execute the mission that is your life, falls squarely on your shoulders. It is YOU, AND ONLY YOU THAT CAN DO WHAT YOU ARE CALLED TO DO…and your body needs to be capable of handling whatever comes your way along the path of manifesting your purpose in life.
