Competition Training (difference price point) Train with Sentinel Performance for up to 7 days a week with Nutrition plan! Everything you need to get stage ready, done in one place side by side with one of our performance coaches. Personalized plans geared toward getting you stage ready in a few as 12 weeks.
Athletic Training (Different Style) Train up to 7 days a week for the upcoming season. Or stay sharp during your season, keeping your strength to avoid injury. Pre-habilitation or rehabilitation for your athletic needs. Post surgery? Our performance coaches were educated to tackle any of your post-surgicial needs. We also focus on Speed and Agility work to maximize your performance.
2. GROUP TRAINING
Pairs TrainingCommonly called our 2 on 1 training. It is the alternative to working out alone. Two individuals work side by side with one coache. Our fitness coach makes sure you are getting a safe and effective workout, that follows a written program created for your needs
Group Class (5+ people) Full body workouts in which an educated fitness coach manipulates the 7 variables of training in order to challenge the group through sustaining an elevated heart rate, and increased energy expenditure by working with different modalities including: free weights, body weight, kettlebells and cardiovascular drills.
Group Training (3-5 individuals) Sentinel Performances' version of intimate training for up to 5 people working with a single trainer. While you are not specifically getting individualized attention, you do receive a designed, effective and safe environment to workout in with similar level individuals under the proper supervision of an educated fitness coach. This is a great option for team sports!
3. Wellness Programs
Onsite Training Personal training done in your own gym. Working with one of our fitness coaches, at your own home or office gym facility. We provide you with guidance, and act as a resource in overseeing the entire duration of the plan you choose. A perfect option for employee corporate wellness programs!
5. FREE SENTINEL SATURDAYS
Classes for the masses! Held each Saturday at 10am and 11am at no charge, these classes are a wonderful way to familiarize yourself with the SENTINEL PERFORMANCE method of training, as well as a great opportunity to meet some new friends in fitness! The classes are geared to create a fun and challenging workout environment, in a large group setting, allowing you to sample our unique approach to the class atmosphere. Each week's workout is different from the week before, and combines a mixture of resistance training and cardiovascular exercises, perfect for stimulating the body and adding variety to your normal routine!

6. FitBot (remote training)
Virtual Coach (Online Coaching) The training option for those who have previous training experience, but are looking for guidance on what to do each time they walk into the gym. Stop training the same way you have for the past 5 years and train for today! With this option, you will be provided a 1-2 month program designed and virtually overseen by one of our qualified and knowledgeable coaches who will also answer questions you have along the way. We do the thinking for you; all you have to do is head to the gym and work out!
